- Anita Ovenden22.02.2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆When you pay a low cost for something you don't expect a lot. But when I booked a day over at Kepple Island I atleast expected to know what I had booked. First off no one told me what I was doing, I got on the ferry got to the island and spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what was going on as the staff had no clue and I had no clue as the lady on the phone hadn't told me. Second I was told to get on the ferry at 4 to head back to the marina, so I get on the Ferry and the person tells me that I was not on the Ferry so I needed to spend another 1.5 hours on the island and I had already handed all my stuff back as I though I was heading home.
All and all if you use this company except low prices to not even know what you have booked or what you're supposed to be doing.
